Property Needs:

  • Second-generation café or food-use space
  • Walk-in or reach-in refrigeration
  • 10–15 ft. hood and grease trap access
  • Space for baking/finishing, beverage station, and retail display

Location Standards:

  • High-traffic lifestyle centers, walkable urban districts, dense suburban hubs
  • Boutique retail, coffee shops, specialty grocery, family entertainment
  • Strong storefront visibility and impulse-friendly positioning

Parking & Lease Requirements:

  • Shared parking suitable for short visits
  • Long-term lease, free rent, and TI contribution required
